Writing a post about fussy eating when you have a fussy eater yourself is both therapeutic and painful in equal measure, especially when you’re a dietitian. It’s an emotive subject and I don’t joke when I say part of it is our own coping strategy to get through it and continue to support our children to have a healthy relationship with food.
