Brand Consultancy

To date I have worked with a variety of brands and PR companies to support them in their nutrition philosophy and evidenced based, targeted nutrition messaging.

Examples of my work and collaborations include:

BEAR Nibbles

I am a Nutrition Partner with BEAR Nibbles, supporting them with events and contributing to their Nourishing News.

“Laura worked with BEAR on a blogger event, providing really clear and helpful advice for parents around healthy eating for Kids. Relaxed and approachable, Laura helped to demystify some of their day to day challenges and provide some brilliant, down to earth solutions. She was quick to understand us and our brand and overall a real pleasure to work with!”

National ‘Minimise Me’ campaign for Gregg’s

This involved creation of meal plans using the Gregg’s Balanced Choices range and supporting a number of participants through the challenge, together with associated interviews for press.

“Laura was fantastic to work with on our Minimise Me campaign, where we asked four members of the public to eat nothing but Greggs food for 30 days in a bid to lose weight while staying healthy. Laura pulled together bespoke weekly eating plans for each participant using the Greggs menu, and was readily available whenever they needed advice. We were really happy with the results which enabled us to show off our new healthy Balanced Choice menu and importantly, she taught the participants good, healthy eating habits to set them up for life.”

Radio day for Kellogg’s to mark the relaunch of their Nutrigrain Bar

This included a number of live and pre-recorded interviews discussing research findings and bringing them to life in a relatable, lively manner.

“Laura was fantastic to work with on a campaign we did for Kellogg’s, which explored the busy morning routine for working parents. Laura handled a busy schedule of radio interviews, for which she provided scientific insight into fuelling yourself correctly in the morning as well as her own day-to-day insights into the morning routine as a busy working mum herself.”
