Whatever your motivation for seeking support with your diet and nutrition, behind the scenes is probably a busy life with lots of things to consider. Despite the conflicting priorities and demands on your time, you’d like to make some lifestyle changes, to manage your symptoms or condition, or simply just to feel better in your own skin and improve your relationship with food.
But you feel stuck; information is conflicting, and you’ve lost confidence in the food decisions you are making. You may feel trapped between different dietary approaches and feel your relationship with food is quite a negative one.
The world of Google and social media is giving you lots of information, but none of it has your name on it and much of it is contradictory. It may also be adding to your feelings of overwhelm or frustration?

Session 1: The Road Map
Sessions start with getting visual. What are all the factors that relate to your food decisions, your health, your well-being? Often there’s conflict between the practical challenges and the thoughts going around in our heads – where should you start, what is going to make the biggest impact. Let’s explore, clear your head and get you going.
Session 2: Food, Head and Habits Part 1
Tailored advice is key – making the science and the research relative to you. Translating this into your day, your food choices, your environment. But also, with consideration to what impacts your behaviour and habits – and does your head play a part in this – what thoughts are you listening to? This session will give you actionable goals for food, your habits and your head 😊
Session 3: Food, Head and Habits Part 2
More of the same, with problem solving and actionable goals tailored to you.
The Anchor Programme runs over 2-3 months and is tailored to the individual. Each appointment is 1 hour long and your free discovery call is around 20 minutes. We communicate between appointments via email to answer questions.
