I decided to become a dietitian because I wanted to combine working with people with my passion for food and the science of nutrition!
Over the years I have continued to build my knowledge and expertise in many areas of nutrition and health, including sport and exercise nutrition and behaviour change counseling.
I understand that simply being given nutritional advice isn’t enough to ensure you reach your goals. Along with knowledge, I can support you to develop skills and strategies to enable you to make changes and achieve your goals long term whether they are related to health, lifestyle or sports performance.
Since completing my degree at Surrey University in 2001 I have worked in a variety of positions within the health service in the UK and abroad.
I currently balance my private practice with ongoing NHS work as an advanced dietitian in a large London teaching hospital. I have helped a huge variety of people, each with their individual needs. I look forward to potentially helping you.
